Candidates should be comfortable with multi-tasking around a kitchen and be up for an occasional catering gig. If you enjoy meeting new people every day, this job is for you.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Being “good with your hands”: making bubble tea, coffee and espresso drinks, assorted snacks like Hong Kong-style egg waffles
• Assisting customers with purchases, sharing tea knowledge (we will train you), and putting a smile on people’s faces
• Coordinating deliveries with food partners (i.e. product will be dropped off in the morning and afternoon)
• Standard back-bar kitchen duties: cleaning equipment, mopping, and taking out recycling (we’re zero waste!)
This position will require a flexible schedule, including 2-3 weekdays and weekends. Hours will be 15-20 hrs/week. We are currently looking for our second location while ramping up wholesale distribution, so we want long-term employees who have a natural curiosity and passion for food startups.
